Series Blocks
How to create a Series Block for VOD with in a channel.
To create a series block in Selectcast, you can follow these steps:
1- Log in to your Selectcast account and go to the Channel Builder.
2- Click on the "Add Block" button and select "Series Block".
3- Give the series block a name and select an image for it.
4- Once the series Block has been created, click on the image, this will open the Content section associated with that series.
5- In the "Content" section, click on the "Add Content" button to add videos, audio files, or images to the series block. You can also drag and drop the files into the content area.
6- Arrange the order of the content by dragging and dropping them into the desired order.
7- In the "Options" section, you can choose how the content is displayed, such as the number of columns and rows, and whether to show a description or not.
8- Save the series block and preview it in the Selectcast Player to make sure it appears as intended.
By creating a series block, you can organize your content into a specific series or theme, making it easier for viewers to navigate and find the content they are interested in.
