Steps on uploading content to the Selectcast destination.
Uploading Content:
When uploading content to the Selectcast management page, content owners will need to provide a title and description for the content, as well as a content image and an active image. The content image is used to showcase the content within the Series Block, while the active image is displayed when the content is playing in the player. The content image should be non-transparent, while the active image can be transparent to allow for a more stylized visual engagement of the playing content.
It's important to associate your uploaded content with a category to ensure easy access and organization within the channel builder. Having a clear plan for categorizing your content will help streamline the process of locating specific content.
- Link to Category Manager page.
- Link to information of images
- Under the Content Tab is the link to the content upload page.
- On Clicking the Content Upload tab you will see a page that asks for information about the content you are about to upload.
Once you have added the information about your content you can now link this piece of content to a category.
- If you have not yet created a category for your content you can create a category after the upload process. Then add the new category by editing the content in the content manager.
When you are happy with the information and images for the content you can press next. This will take you to the page where you start the upload of your video.
